We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide the shipping label, and you can simply ship the item back using the same bag in which you received it.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
• Discounted/final sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Free items are not eligible for exchange or returns.

How the Return/Exchange process works:

To initiate a return, please go to:

• Please type in the order number in the subject line and the reason for the return in the body of the email.
• We will respond within 24 hours, email the shipping label, and refund/exchange to original payment method once the item has been received at our facility.
• The same bag may be used to ship the item back to us.
